UPDATE!
***
Chewy posted up the glimpses slide she made. The video that was going to make me cry if I didn't remind myself that.. YOUR MAKE UP WILL SMUDGE SANDRA! YOUR MASCARA WILL RUN! YOU WILL LOOK UGLY! So yes, I didn't cry but it did make me very nostalgic and happy at the same time. All I can say is, those were some good times x. Watch it, TRUST ME, you will LAUGH your freaking ass off :) p/s I look retarded in a lot of them so brace yourself.

The past week has been a whirlwind and I know I haven't been updating as frequently *guilty* but it's the busy that brings you such exciting updates! Aaron's So Cina 17th birthday was on Monday and I had Assunta's Prom on Thursday... all of which I will most definitely tell you all about soon but on to more recent events. Cempaka Damansara Senior Prom 09 was last night and it was OFF THE HOOK but before we get there...
Just the night before, I attended Assunta's prom so I went through hair, make up bla bla and I had to do it all over again. Initially, I had already booked for all us girls to do it at Miko's and Shu Uemura. Hours before our appointment, there were a few changes to our plan due to convenience in both transportation and financially. Went to Atmosphere in Dsara Perdana with JaneBoobies and Natalie which btw, does fantastic hair settings - did mine there for Assunta's as well so you can just imagine their faces when they saw me coming in again. Make up was booked at 5.30pm; lets just say our hair ran a little late and damn KL traffic got us there at 6.15pm. The lady refused to do our make up so whatever, I wasn't gonna stay there and beg - WE HAD NO TIME. Ran to MAC which I refused to pay RM180 -.- (like wth?) and ran to Parkson. I bought quite a few Benefit products a while ago and I saw my sales guy. Turns out, Sam (his name) still owes me a free makeover :D Anyways, me aside, I had 2 other girls with me. Sam got us his friend from Laura Mercier to help and it cost RM80. It's times like these when I am really grateful for emergency Prefect instincts. At the same time, Boobies needed stuff from Sungei Wang which the boys so kindly helped to get.
It took us quite a while to settle down at our tables but I was next to Aaron (Flubber) for the night. He is very entertaining in an annoying way -.- Example? They were screening glimpses of 2009 and somehow, every picture of mine was super shying. To add on to that, Aaron would SHOT "EH IT'S SANDRA!" each time -.- He thinks he's so farneee.
The food was pretty good and the fact that we were all served individually made it all very much the better. For starters, we had marinated fresh salmon with honeydew, usual mushroom soup and roast spring chicken mm all pretty good. Passed my nom nom nom test ;) Of course, the company made it all very much tastier. Aaron wouldn't stop teasing me about picking at his bread.

atlas performed, not too bad
justin sang, very good and caprice kicked off the dance floor
oh, we even had a michael jackson impersonator
The after party? We decided to ditch all our plans. After all, the best moments are unplanned. 3 rooms, 1 suite and over 30 of us. One room was occupied with smokers and drinkers with a freaking cooler of alcohol. The suite was the recovery room for the passed out and sick ahaha. My room had an xbox -.- Spent most of the night with Rafi & Smalls, touring the hotel. Slept at 5am.
vroom vroom
trust me with rafipushing driving it, very fast k

No pictures of us partying because I was too busy doing so :P Shall wait for the official photographer's pictures to come out. Encik Hermi was our photographer; he used to be our school photog but when we left, he left hehe.

It was an amazingly awesome awesome prom. So fun that it is beyond words. Probably the last time we're all gathered together like this but I enjoyed every moment of it. Not a second or emo-ness came upon me; all very happy pappy joy joy.
