Talk Bits: Farewells suck >( I know I know.. it's all part of life yada yada happens to everyone yada yada but it doesn't change the fact that they suck. Said goodbye to PurpleShivs on Sunday night and bid farewell to MarshmallowLaurel at LCCT on Monday afternoon. I miss them both already espesh Laurel and her squishiness and mushiness and huggableness. Sigh, all the best, I'm always praying for you all :)
Last Monday was Aaron's Vintage Shanghai 17th birthday. He's the only guy in our year who throws mad fun parties - last year's was Vegas when I dressed as a croupier.
Flubber (yes, that's what I call him; I'm Flash) is leaving for London soon so it was a night where each moment meant the world. Before the party, Jane was over at my place where we spent 6 hours in the kitchen.
We were thinking of what to get Aaron and it was so hard to think of anything because HE HAS EVERYTHING! So, we decided to bake to add to his flubberiness hee :D
made the dough (mixed with hand k!) and let it freeze for an hour
rolled it out, cut it out - it was so fragile!
let it bake
to get the right consistency of egg whites and icing sugar
mummy the super chef was stressing us out!
i painstakingly stuck each coloured ball on with tweezers -.-
We arrived oh so fashionably late because mummy mis-predicted traffic but I still love you! We were in time for the last few games but still kinda missed them :/
Most importantly, we made it in time for dinner FOOOOOOD :) Cina food, Chinese food, so yummers but so filling too.
i have a more indecent one but they're gonna kill me so this will do ;)
you know you love meee
It was a Cina night. I am very sleepy now so I will leave all the things I have to say between Aaron and I when the time comes. Eat the cookies fat kid; you had better! Stay Cina, hope your eyes stay small - oh wait, what eyes! :P - and stay fat in London. Lub you Flubber x
